Returns and Exchange

RETURNS

  • Customer can return the order within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The following categories are non-returnable: Swimwear & Swimsuit, Underwear, Gloves, Scarf, Hairband, Turban, Hat, Belt, Bracelets, Bow tie, Sunglasses, Sock, Jewellery, Umbrella, Stocking, Tights, Bodysuits, Fragrances, Perfumes, Deodrants, Watches & Cosmetics.
  • In case of a return, the amount will be credited back as a store credits.
  • We charge a return fee of ₹100 on all return and exchange orders.
  • COD or Shipping fees is not refundable.
  • Products marked as "Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which: 
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • Once the return is raised, we will arrange the reverse pickup products within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.
  • When an order is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can return the products and order another size or product again, using the store credits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard Returns Policy.
  • In case of a successful cancellation, the refund will be issued as store credits for the amount paid by the customer, excluding any applicable COD or shipping charges. COLOR CAPITAL reserves the right to cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control. 
  • In case of any refund, including refunds arising from cancelled orders, delayed deliveries, failed deliveries, or any other eligible refund situation, the refund amount will be provided as store credits. Store credits will be issued for the amount paid by the customer, excluding any applicable COD or shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUT OF INDIA)

  • Returns and Exchanges are not applicable for international orders.
  • Any duties, custom clearances or such are to be borne by the buyer at the time of delivery. COLOR CAPITAL only takes care of the product and shipping charges, any duties or import fees has to be taken care by the buyer.
